"Kitchen-Diner + 2nd storey extension - LS Construction completed a big double storey extension project on my house. This required restructuring of the whole of the ground floor which consisted of a modern day open plan kitchen/living/dining area and conversion of the garage into a W/C, utility and kids play room. Work on the second storey consisted of 2 additional bedrooms (including 1 en-suite) and a master bathroom. The project took the best part of 6-7months. Lakh and his team did an excellent job start to finish.

He ensured I was kept updated of progress throughout as I wasn’t always able to be on site due to work commitments. He consulted me where he thought necessary and despite some setbacks due to the weather conditions, he completed my project in a timely manner. Lakh and his team are very reliable and trustworthy. Also he was flexible and receptive to any changes I wanted to make on-site. Post- project he is still in touch and happy to come round to fix any minor teething issues (which are expected) as and when required. Overall I would highly recommend LS Constructions no matter how small or big the job. "

He always spoke with me and checked that what he was doing was correct and to the right standard. He listened to any changes which I wanted him to make and did these accordingly.
